About Us

Phil Ogden BSc (Econ) FCA Partner Phil and Keith met in Manchester in 1969 when they were both trainees with PwC. It was 9 years later that Keith set up as an accountant in York and Phil joined him from the other side of the Pennines in 1980. Between them they have worked in large and small practices and in multinational and owner managed companies. Their experience on the 'other side of the fence' helps them understand your problems. Phil is responsible for the dedicated team who deal with our clients.

On the 1st June 2009 Mark Fenton became a partner in the practice and will share responsibility with Phil for the care of our clients. Mark has been with the practice for 10 years and is well known to the majority of our clients.
